Requirements
Main Applicant
The main applicant must meet ALL of the following requirements:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a good character with no criminal record
• Pass a rigorous due diligence check
• Have the financial capacity to make the required contribution
• Provide a police clearance certificate
• Prove not to be a potential threat to national security
Eligible Dependents
Dependents can be included if they are:
•Spouse (either legally married, or in defacto spouse relationship)
•Children of any age of the main applicant or of the spouse
•Parents and grandparents of either the main applicant or spouse
•Siblings of either the main applicant or spouse
Required Contribution Amount
Applicants are required to make a direct contribution to the Nauru Treasury Fund.

The contribution for a single Principal Applicant is USD 90,000
•Each additional dependent, aged 16+, contributes USD 2,000.
•In addition, a sibling of the Principal Applicant or Spouse can be included for an extra USD 15,000.
