Requirements
The Principal Applicant
The principal applicant must meet ALL of the requirements below:
- Provide proof of a secure annual income from abroad of at least EUR 50,000, plus EUR 15,000 for a dependent spouse and EUR 10,000 for each minor child.
- Clean criminal record.
- Medical insurance covering Cyprus
Qualifying Dependents
To qualify as dependents, applicants must be:
- Spouse.
- Dependent family members up to 25 years old.
Investment Options
Residential Property
Invest at least €300,000 in a new residential property purchased directly from a Cypriot developer. The property must be retained or replaced with another qualifying investment to maintain permanent residency.
Commercial Property
Acquire qualifying commercial real estate, such as an office, retail unit, or hotel property. Unlike the residential option, commercial investments may include resale assets.
Cypriot Company
Invest in the share capital of a Cyprus-based company with genuine business operations, a physical presence in Cyprus, and at least five employees.
Regulated Investment Funds
Invest in units of Cyprus-regulated collective investment funds, including Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) or Registered Alternative Investment Funds (RAIFs).
