Tugce Bayhan, has 15 years of expat consultancy experience within market entry start-up business operations. She had the chance to work with the former Prime Minister of Georgia and many more corporations including BCG, Roland Berger, Apco Worldwide. She led numerous outsourced business operations in various fields such as movie production, business partnerships, market entry office establishment, recruiting, event management with value added networking skills.

Tugce is a linguist and serves as a legal expert at the Turkish courts in English and Italian languages since 2018. She holds an MBA degree from Bilgi University and enriched her legal skills with the Justice Program at Istanbul University.

Tugce Bayhan joined GSC International in 2024 for project coordination, legal language expertise as well as business functions developments.
