Gülce Duman completed her high school education at Sırrı Yırcalı High School and earned her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University in 2023. After graduating, she registered at the Istanbul Bar Association.

During her university years, she worked at various law firms, gaining experience in drafting petitions, conducting legal research, and managing legal proceedings. Between 2023 and 2024, she worked as a trainee lawyer, further developing her expertise in various areas of law, including enforcement and bankruptcy law, corporate law, labor law, family law, contract law, commercial law, intellectual and industrial property law, and inheritance law.
