Ece Demircan is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in legal consultancy, litigation, and execution proceedings. She  served till 2022 as a Legal Advisor at Denizbank A.Ş., where she has been pivotal since May 2012. In her role, Ece coordinated legal matters between the bank’s headquarters, regions, branches, and contracted law offices. She currently provides legal consultancy on credits undergoing legal follow-up and oversees the transfer of overdue receivables to asset management companies. Her responsibilities also include handling client complaints and collaborating with IT to develop and enhance legal follow-up programs.

Ece holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Vrije University Amsterdam, where she studied as an Erasmus student, and is pursuing another Master’s degree in Economic Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Dokuz Eylul University. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and fluent in English and Turkish.

Before joining the team, Ece worked as a lawyer, at Denizbank, at H. Bumin Anal Law Office and Tekin Law Office, providing legal consultancy and managing litigation and execution proceedings for client companies.
