Litigation and Arbitration

The Firm represents and supports multinational clients in all civil and administrative litigation before the Turkish and European Jurisdictional Courts, including proceedings brought before the Turkish high court and the EU equivalent. Likewise, the Firm has specific competence in assisting multinational clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings as well as in pre-litigation procedures, with particular emphasis on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices.
